Who am I?

My name is Gitta (pronounced Rita) Verbruggen. I am 36 years old, grew up in the Netherlands and I am a certificated personal fitness trainer and mental coach.
I am working as a (personal) trainer in Aix-les-Bains and its surroundings, France what I really love to do!
Sport is an integral part of my daily life. I see it as something I need, to feel fit and feel good about myself. It’s so important to me that is why I made sport a part of my job.
My purpose is to help you achieve your goals. Sometimes you can’t do it alone! It takes persistence, consistency and patience. Count on me to help you until the end.

    Individual coaching starts with an introductory meeting free of charge and non-binding. The purpose is getting to know you and your goals, so I will be able to establish a tailor-made training program. We will plan the workouts and than we are ready to start!
